Also, the pacing is fine in the story but the structure is old. The use of comedy is quite average which revolves around romantic awkwardness. The anime itself isn’t unique but it works well with genuinely hilarious moments. We are pretty sure that Maoyuu Maou Yuusha will give you the impression of quality.

Archenemy and Hero were released originally on the TV. The anime has everything from romance to fantasy characters. ‘Maoyuu Maou Yuusha’ includes its background themes and OSTs. The concept is refreshing and the storyline is interesting in it. We loved the anime and as a reader or as well as the viewers we have enjoyed everything from it. The anime is diverse by bringing out various themes like historical references merged with fantasy and many others.
The worst thing about Maoyuu Maou Yuusha is that it didn’t go as we planned because a lot of things are weak in the plot. It revolves around the aspects of war and the strategies but abruptly it leaves all of it in the middle of nowhere. We think that people aren’t going to feel happy with the story but it just about the anime series and perhaps a second chance could actually make this show even better and give it an opportunity to balance out the themes.
Archenemy and Hero 2-
The series Maoyuu Maou Yuusha Season 1 released back in 2013, January 05 and it completed on March 30, 2013. Maybe the lack of the audience or storyline makers has stopped the production of the series. Since then we haven’t heard anything about the production of the Maoyuu Maou Yuusha season 2. A lot of fans are expecting the new series and they always request the makers to make the second series. As well might already know that ‘Maoyuu Maou Yuusha’ is not the most popular anime ever but it was somewhat successful. The best part is that there are still a few volumes that have not been covered so makers have something to start from also but except this, there is nothing else seems to be in favor of a second season. ‘Maoyuu Maou Yuusha’ Season 2 release date of 2021 or 2022 seems like a distant dream.

I feel your sentiments. I very much enjoyed the concept. Akin to Gate JDF. Another similar in spirit but different in execution. Modern times vs other worldly medieval times with a hint of magic and political intrigue.
I’m fairly surprised that the same guy this isn’t popular, considering this was made by the same author of Log Horizon.

LN is still not licensed by an english publisher so the fans are translating it (stopped at Volume 5, Chapter 4)
There’s 3 more volumes but it’s more of specials but STILL aren’t translated. I’m sad, to end this in a good note,
YEN Press owns the rights for the series, Let’s VERY, VERY… Hope that they translate it into english. So people can know the series more. People read more mangas than LN’s but it might spark a season 2 if it gets an English translation
